Where do I need to be located to work with you?

Anywhere. We're headquartered in the Ajman Free Zone and our team is distributed across the GCC, South Asia, and Europe. We've shipped projects with clients in 14+ countries. Async-by-default, with live overlap windows scheduled around your time zone.

Question 3

Will you sign an NDA before we share details?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before discovery calls when sensitive material is involved, regulated industries, unannounced products, M&A activity. Our standard MSA also includes confidentiality clauses for everything shared during an engagement. Send us yours, or we'll send ours.

How does a project actually start?

Accepted Answer

A 30-minute discovery call to understand the problem you're solving, who it's for, and what success looks like. We follow up within 48 hours with a written proposal: scope, milestones, timeline, fixed fee. Once you sign and we receive the deposit, we kick off, usually within a week.

Will I work with the people who actually build the thing?

Yes. There are no account managers between you and the engineers, designers, and marketers doing the work. You'll be in a shared Slack channel with the team from day one. We don't hand off to junior staff after the sale.

What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?

That's most projects. Discovery is built into every engagement: we'll help you sharpen the problem, map the user journey, and decide what's actually worth building before any code or pixels. If after discovery the project doesn't make sense, we'll tell you, you only pay for the discovery work.

How does pricing work?

Project-based for defined scope, retainer-based for ongoing work. We don't believe in hourly billing, it punishes speed and rewards drag. After the discovery call we send a fixed-fee proposal with clearly defined deliverables and milestones. If scope changes mid-project, we re-quote transparently before any new work starts.

Do you offer payment plans?

Standard split is 40% on kickoff, 30% at the midpoint milestone, 30% on delivery. For longer engagements (8+ weeks) we can spread payments across monthly installments tied to milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, no annual lock-in.

What's a typical project timeline?

Accepted Answer

A focused build (landing site, brand refresh, single-feature campaign) usually runs 3 to 5 weeks. A full platform engagement, custom CRM, ERP, or multi-product app, runs 8 to 16 weeks depending on scope. We give you a precise timeline with milestones after the discovery call. No surprises.

What does "done" actually look like?

Every milestone has written acceptance criteria, agreed up front. On delivery you get: production deployment, full source in your repo, infrastructure access, documentation for anything non-obvious, and a recorded handover walkthrough. We don't disappear, the 30-day warranty starts the day you sign off.

Who owns the code, designs, and assets?

You do. On final payment, all source code, design files, content, and IP transfer to you outright. No license fees, no platform lock-in, no "powered by" footers. The only exception is third-party software (Sanity, Stripe, Mapbox, etc.), those keep their own terms.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Every engagement ships with a 30-day warranty period included. After that, we offer monthly retainers that cover monitoring, security patches, content updates, performance tuning, and feature additions. You can pause or scale the retainer any month.

Question 13

What happens if something breaks at 2am?

Accepted Answer

Retainer clients get a dedicated incident channel with a guaranteed first-response SLA: 1 hour for critical, 4 hours for major, next business day for minor. Production issues during business hours on the 30-day warranty are also covered free. For non-retainer clients post-warranty, we still respond, just on best-effort.
