Treat Trays: Sort Puzzle

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Android and iOS store versions of Treat Trays: Sort Puzzle, published by Fivi Tech and intended for players aged 13 and older.

Progress and accounts

Completed levels, stars, tips, boosters, tray skins, daily scores, sound and haptic preferences, tutorial status and unfinished puzzles are stored on your device. The game keeps a limited history of daily records. We do not provide a developer-managed Treat Trays account or operate a player server database.

Android is guest-only in this release. Google Play Games sign-in, cloud saves and online leaderboards are disabled. Campaign puzzles, daily puzzles and local records work without an account.

On iOS, Game Center authentication is optional for gameplay. When signed in, the game can send your saved progress and preferences to Apple's platform cloud-save service and submit daily scores to the daily-best Game Center leaderboard. Platform rankings may display your platform profile. Availability depends on Apple services and your platform settings. Apple's privacy policy explains Apple's processing.

Advertising and your choices

Before enabling ads, the game asks separately for permission for Unity LevelPlay and its included Ad Quality service to store/access information on your device and process ad technical data. You can choose Basic or Personalized ads, or Continue without ads. Campaign and daily gameplay remain available if you decline. Your device/ad processing choice is stored on this device separately from your cloud save. Earlier personalization choices alone do not enable the ad SDK.

With permission, the game can show banners, interstitial ads between puzzles and optional rewarded ads for in-game benefits. Basic ads still process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location on Android, device/app details, ad interactions, performance information and diagnostics for advertising delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Basic is not a no-data mode. Personalized ads also allow use/sharing of data to select ads based on your interests. The game passes your personalization and sale/sharing restriction choices to LevelPlay; supported services apply those signals under their own policies.

On iOS, Apple's tracking permission is separate from the in-game ad choices. Refusing tracking permission does not mean that all SDK data processing stops. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for advertising and Ad Quality data practices, recipients, international processing, rights, contacts and retention.

You can change your choice in Settings → Ad preferences. Continue without ads prevents SDK initialization on a fresh launch and stops new ad requests when chosen during play. If you previously enabled ads in the current session, restart the app to end the running ad SDK; already-started work may complete. Changing a preference does not erase previously processed partner data.

Sharing and support

The native share action opens your device's sharing tools only when you choose Challenge a friend. It prepares the daily date and score; your chosen sharing app handles the message under its own policies.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you send. We use them to handle your request, troubleshoot issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Never send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Delete my data

Settings → Delete my progress resets progress on this device and attempts deletion of any signed-in platform cloud save. Cloud errors are handled silently, so a local reset does not confirm remote erasure. It does not delete Apple or Google accounts, platform leaderboard history, advertising records or support emails. Resetting game progress does not withdraw the separate device ad preference; use Ad preferences for that.

For Google-held game data from any prior use of Play Games, follow Google's instructions to delete Play Games data for a game. Google Play History has separate controls. For Apple-held data, use your Apple Game Center/iCloud settings and Apple's privacy controls.

For Unity-held advertising or Ad Quality data, use the privacy-rights instructions and contact details in Unity's policy. Identify Treat Trays and the relevant service. You may also contact us at [email protected] for help or a data request. We can help with data we control; third-party services apply their own verification, retention and legal exceptions. We do not promise erasure of every third-party record or a fixed partner deletion deadline.

Retention

Local progress remains until reset or removed with app data, subject to the game's limited daily-record history. Platform cloud copies and ranking records follow Apple's or Google's own retention and deletion controls. Unity retains advertising and Ad Quality data according to the purposes and legal-retention criteria in its policy, including applicable security and legal exceptions.

Support correspondence is kept until the request is resolved plus 90 days, unless a dispute or legal requirement requires longer retention. This support-email rule is separate from game progress and partner retention; it is not a promise that all player data is automatically deleted within 90 days.
