Email [email protected] for gameplay help, a bug report, a privacy question or a data request. Include your device model, operating system, game version, level or daily date, and what happened. A screenshot is helpful if it contains no sensitive information. Never send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. No developer-issued sign-in credentials are needed to review or play the game.

Android is guest-only in this release. Campaign and daily puzzles use local progress and local records; Google Play Games sign-in, cloud saves and online leaderboards are disabled.

On iOS, optional Game Center sign-in supports platform saves and leaderboards when the service is available. You can continue playing without signing in. Check your Apple Game Center/iCloud settings if a platform feature is unavailable. We cannot guarantee recovery of a lost save.

Settings → Ad preferences lets you choose Basic or Personalized ads with explicit device/ad processing permission, or Continue without ads. Basic ads still process technical ad data. You can play campaign and daily puzzles without ads. If ads are unavailable, optional ad rewards cannot be granted. Turning ads off stops new requests; restart the app if you had enabled ads during the current session to end the running ad SDK.

Settings → Delete my progress resets your local progress and attempts deletion of a signed-in platform cloud save. A reset does not confirm remote erasure and does not delete platform accounts, rankings or advertising records. It does not change the separate device ad preference. Email us for a request concerning data we control; follow the partner routes in Delete my data for Apple, Google and Unity records.

Support correspondence is kept until the request is resolved plus 90 days, unless a dispute or legal requirement requires longer retention. The Privacy Policy explains the separate retention rules for local progress and platform/advertising data.
